Umeshu with whiskey-like oak aroma
Made with, their in-house produced unblended Umeshu “Kishu no Umeshu,“ aged for 1 year, it is transferred to oak barrels and aged for another year. This aging process results in a taste that is reminiscent of whisky - a complex oak aroma with rich bouquet of ripe Nanko-Ume.
