Umeshu from a Umeboshi company established in 1918. Well versed in Nanko-Ume, they are able to determine the “perfect ripeness“ of Ume for creating this quality “unblended Umeshu.“ Produced using traditional tequniques, the result is a fragrant, rich flavor.
