Kishu Hara Farm is the first farm in the Kinan region to be certified as an Eco Farmer for its soil preparation using compost and reducing agricultural chemicals. This Umeshu is crafted by steeping only the large, glossy, fully ripe Nanko-Ume grown happily on the farm.
