The base is an in-house Craft Gin representing Wakayama and infused with 19 kinds of botanicals, including Nanko-Ume, Unshiu-Mikan (mandarin orange), Yuzu, Sudachi, Budo Sansho. The gin enhances out deep fruity notes of Nanko-Ume and creates Umeshu with stimulating flavors.
