Umeshu blended with Jummai-shu “Kuroushi“
This Umeshu is made by steeping Nanko-Ume in Ko-rui Shochu, adding Wakayama’s famous Jummai Genshu “Kuroushi“, and aging it further. The addition of Jummai-shu gives it a distinctive yeasty flavor. It is also enjoyable served lukewarm just like Sake.
