This Umeshu is made using abundance of Ume and a reduced amount of sugar to stand out the authentic Ume fruit flavors. The producer owning an Ume farm can soak tree-ripened, fresh Ume on the same day of harvest. Its tart, rich taste is especially distinct when served on the rocks or straight.
