Crafted by adding Ume puree to Umeshu made using fully ripe Nanko-Ume. Though brandy is also added, this Nigori Umeshu has only 8% alcohol content, making it easily enjoyable for those who prefer low-alcohol liqueurs. It has a sweet, thick texture and fresh flavors of the Ume fruit.
