Umeshu crafted through a two-stage process: first, Nanko-Ume, sugar and Shochu are mixed; then blended with brandy along with syrup extracted from Nanko-Ume. The rich aroma of brandy and the tartness of Ume evokes a nostalgic flavor of homemade Umeshu.
