A bitter-sweet flavor that mixes well with milk
Umeshu produced by soaking fully ripe Nanko-Ume and blending with in-house brewed Sake. A touch of bitter sweetness is added by using Kokutou (Japanese brown sugar) from Hateruma in Okinawa Prefecture. Enjoy it on the rocks, or mixed with milk or coffee.
