A mellow finish with Aged Awamori
Produced in Minabe Town by an Ume farm owner with extensive knowledge of soil. Made by carefully picking fully ripe Nanko-Ume that emits a refreshingly sweet aroma, and slowly steeping them in aged Awamori. This results in a richly mellow taste without sharp sourness.
