
Thick and fruity dessert drink
Made by soaking fully ripe Nanko-Ume for 6 months before blending with in-house brewed Sake. The soaked Ume fruit is then pureed and added back into the mixture. Enjoy the umami and liqueur of Ume puree. Can be mixed with milk for a dessert-like experience.
