Made with Nanko-Ume harvested from their own farm and steeped in French brandy. If stored unopened, this Umeshu will continue to mature, developing a richer, rounder flavor. The Kanji characters on the label were written by a Japanese Sumi ink artist, Mr. Tansetsu Ogino.
