
A masterpiece from a winery
Two types of Umeshu are blended and aged for 18 years to create it: one is a Jummai-shu base type with “Purple Queen“, a rare Ume variety grown only in Wakayama, and the other is a type with “Miss Nadeshiko Ume.“ Pairs well with Chinese cuisine for its matured aroma like Shaoxing wine.
