Umeshu made using fully ripe Nanko-Ume harvested from their own farm and soaked in Sake from Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture. The use of dry Sake gives it a pleasantly refreshing taste. It has a strong acidity and a subtle sweetness, making it very suitable for an aperitif.
